Meet Maryssa

Your Wellness Coach.

Maryssa has been a yoga instructor for 10 years and has devoted her adult life to understanding the connection between mind and body. She holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology and a master’s degree in counseling with a concentration in life coaching. These two fields—one grounded in the science of the mind, the other in the wisdom of the body— led her to create Thrive. Thrive is the blend of both disciplines, offering a modern approach to healing that honors the whole person rather than neglecting any part of one’s experience. Maryssa’s method integrates every aspect of life to create a fully supportive, comprehensive coaching journey.
